Bajel Projects Limited has secured its largest-ever transmission order worth Rs 1,500 crore from Lakadia A Power Transmission Limited, a special purpose vehicle transferred to AnantGrid Projects One Private Limited. The project, which includes approximately 270 km of 765 kV double-circuit transmission lines and substation work in Gujarat, is part of a broader initiative to evacuate 14 GW of renewable energy and will be completed over 36 months. The order, classified as an Ultra-mega order by the company, represents a significant milestone for Bajel and strengthens its position in India's power transmission sector, while none of the promoter/promoter group/group companies have any interest in the entity that awarded the order/contract and the transaction was conducted at arm’s length.

Such deceitful callers ask the customer to share his/her login credentials with passwords to allow trading in their accounts, assuring huge returns.
Often trades done in the customer’s accounts are far from the best interest of the customers. Holdings of customers are often sold and with the funds, trades are then placed in illiquid securities at unrealistic prices.
At times, the holdings of customers are sold at prices detrimental to the customer. The so-called “portfolio manager” assures profits, which naturally does not materialize. Customers are deceived into providing access to their trading accounts, thereby allowing such fraudsters access to funds and securities available to execute trades, injurious to the customer’s interest.
