Brahmaputra Infrastructure Limited gains 1.86% as it secures a Punjab PWD project valued at Rs 897.30 crore

Brahmaputra Infrastructure Ltd. rises 1.86% to Rs 143.11, after declining recently and slipping 3.86% over the last week.

Brahmaputra Infrastructure Limited announced it has received a Letter of Acceptance from the Punjab PWD (B&R) for a construction project valued at Rs. 897.30 Million. Through its Joint Venture, M/s Brahmaputra Infrastructure Limited – Ganesh Kartikey Pvt. Ltd. (JV), the company will construct a 44-span, 1,606-metre high-level major bridge over the River Ravi at Makoura Pattan, along with 4,144 metres of approaches, in Districts Gurdaspur and Pathankot, Punjab. The project, undertaken under the Central Road and Infrastructure Fund (CRIF) Scheme, is slated for completion within 24 months and expands Brahmaputra Infrastructure’s order book of infrastructure projects.

Trading volume reached 19924 shares today, a marginal increase of 9.23% compared to the one-week average volume. Brahmaputra Infrastructure Ltd remained flat year-over-year, contrasting with an 11.24% decline in the NIFTY50 index.
