Valiant Laboratories Limited announced that its board approved an investment of up to Rs 70 lakh to acquire shares in AMPYR Renewable Energy Resources Twelve A Private Limited, a subsidiary of AMPYR India Asset Holdings Two Pte. Ltd., Singapore, to procure solar power for its Tarapur plant under a group captive open access arrangement. The acquisition, expected to be completed within 12 months, will result in Valiant Laboratories holding up to 1.01% of the Equity Share Capital and up to 3.60% of the Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares of AMPYR, which was incorporated on November 1, 2023, and has a turnover of Rs 23.26 crore for the fiscal year 2025-26.

Such deceitful callers ask the customer to share his/her login credentials with passwords to allow trading in their accounts, assuring huge returns.
Often trades done in the customer’s accounts are far from the best interest of the customers. Holdings of customers are often sold and with the funds, trades are then placed in illiquid securities at unrealistic prices.
At times, the holdings of customers are sold at prices detrimental to the customer. The so-called “portfolio manager” assures profits, which naturally does not materialize. Customers are deceived into providing access to their trading accounts, thereby allowing such fraudsters access to funds and securities available to execute trades, injurious to the customer’s interest.
