Rashtriya Chemicals & Fertilizers Ltd surged 6.59% to Rs 126.9 at 11:48 IST. The stock was the biggest gainer in the BSE's 'A' group. On the BSE, 7.59 lakh shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 54251 shares in the past one month.
Vodafone Idea Ltd spiked 5.33% to Rs 14.81. The stock was the second biggest gainer in 'A' group. On the BSE, 268.42 lakh shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 202.7 lakh shares in the past one month.
Tourism Finance Corporation of India Ltd soared 5.30% to Rs 136.2. The stock was the third biggest gainer in 'A' group. On the BSE, 3.48 lakh shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 10.63 lakh shares in the past one month.
Paradeep Phosphates Ltd rose 5.29% to Rs 157.35. The stock was the fourth biggest gainer in 'A' group. On the BSE, 18.06 lakh shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 6.99 lakh shares in the past one month.
Godrej Agrovet Ltd added 5.11% to Rs 604.2. The stock was the fifth biggest gainer in 'A' group. On the BSE, 37832 shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 20204 shares in the past one month.

Such deceitful callers ask the customer to share his/her login credentials with passwords to allow trading in their accounts, assuring huge returns.
Often trades done in the customer’s accounts are far from the best interest of the customers. Holdings of customers are often sold and with the funds, trades are then placed in illiquid securities at unrealistic prices.
At times, the holdings of customers are sold at prices detrimental to the customer. The so-called “portfolio manager” assures profits, which naturally does not materialize. Customers are deceived into providing access to their trading accounts, thereby allowing such fraudsters access to funds and securities available to execute trades, injurious to the customer’s interest.
