HDFC Bank receives reaffirmations and assignments from CRISIL, CARE, India Ratings, and ICRA

HDFC Bank Ltd. announced reaffirmations, assignments, enhancements, and withdrawals across a range of instruments from various rating agencies, including CRISIL, which reaffirmed its AAA/Stable rating for Tier II Bonds amounting to Rs 1000 crore and maintained an A1+ rating for Certificates of Deposit; CARE Ratings Limited reaffirmed a CARE A1+ rating for Certificates of Deposit, enhancing the amount from Rs 1,50,000.00 to Rs 2,00,000.00 for two instruments, while also noting a rating report to be communicated separately and indicating a periodic review for certain facilities; India Ratings and Research Private Limited assigned and reaffirmed ratings for Certificates of Deposit with amounts of Rs 500 and Rs 1500, respectively, both carrying an IND A1+ rating; CareEdge Ratings indicated their rating reflects opinions as of a specific date; and India Ratings reaffirmed a CRISIL AAA/Stable rating for Long Term Bank Loans and affirmed a AAA rating for Tier II Bonds amounting to Rs 10,000 crore with a Stable outlook, alongside reaffirming a AAA rating for Long-term bonds, while ICRA assigned an A1+ rating to Commercial Paper and CARE assigned a rating to Loan facilities amounting to Rs 100 crore as a new issue.
