CRISIL Ratings upgraded IndusInd Bank's outlook to 'Stable' while reaffirming its credit ratings

IndusInd Bank Ltd announced that CRISIL Ratings Limited, in a communication dated August 19, 2026, has revised the Rating Outlook to ‘Stable’ from ‘Negative’ while reaffirming ratings on the bank’s long-term debt instruments as ‘CRISIL AA+’ and the short-term rating at ‘CRISIL A1+’; specifically, the rating for INR 15 billion in Infrastructure bonds remains ‘CRISIL AA+/Stable’ with an outlook revised to Stable from Negative, the rating for INR 40 billion in Basel III compliant Tier 2 Bonds is ‘CRISIL AA+/Stable’ with an outlook revised to Stable from Negative, the rating for the Short term fixed Deposit Programme is ‘CRISIL A1+’, and the rating for INR 400 billion in Certificate of Deposits is ‘CRISIL A1+’, with no outlook change; no other rating agencies are mentioned and no enhancements, assignments, or withdrawals are indicated.
