Zydus Wellness receives reaffirmed ratings and assignments totaling Rs 12.00 from CARE Ratings

Zydus Wellness Ltd announced ratings and reaffirmations across several instruments and agencies, including assignments by CARE Ratings Limited for Long Term Bank Facilities totaling Rs 12.00, with a rating of CARE AA+; Stable, and valid for one year from July 22, 2026, and another assignment for Long Term Bank Facilities also totaling Rs 12.00 with the same rating; BWR A1+ reaffirmed Short-term bank loan facilities of Rs 100 crore, while CARE Ratings Ltd. reaffirmed Bank Loan Facilities of Rs 500 crore at CARE AAA and Short-term bank loan facilities of Rs 100 crore at BWR A1+, with a stable outlook, and also assigned a Commercial Paper Program of Rs 200 crore to India Ratings and Research at IND AAA; additionally, CARE Ratings Ltd. noted Loan Repayment Obligations of Rs 3,203 crore are expected to receive support for repayment, and acknowledged brands from Heinz India Private Limited valued at ~Rs 4,600 crore and RiteBite and RiteBite Max Protein valued at ~Rs 390 crore, alongside CCL’s business valued at ~ £242 million, all with performance considered key to improving return ratios, and also noted a Corporate Guarantee extended for debt availed by Alidac UK Limited.
