Sambhv Steel Tubes Ltd announced that Crisil Ratings Limited has assigned a Long Term Rating of Crisil A+/Stable to its total bank loan facilities amounting to Rs 162.00 crore, including a Bank Debt of Rs 162.00, while Crisil also provided an initial Long-term bank facilities rating of Crisil A+/Stable, reflecting the company’s established market presence, integrated operations, and healthy financial risk profile; the rating agency also noted debt of Rs 675 crore tied up for a greenfield project, an expected annual cash accrual of Rs 250-400 crore, an annual term debt obligation of Rs 10-15 crore, and a stable outlook, alongside a revision in rating symbols for PPMLD, and further details regarding cash credit facilities from HDFC Bank Limited (Rs 25), State Bank of India (Rs 126), and YES Bank Limited (Rs 11), all rated A+/Stable by Crisil, and fund-based facilities of Rs 162.0, also rated A+/Stable.
