Samvardhana Motherson International's Rs 5,375 crore in debt programmes receive ratings reaffirmation from ICRA

Samvardhana Motherson International Ltd announced updates to its ratings from ICRA Limited for existing debt programmes, impacting a total of Rs 5,375.00 crore across various instruments. Specifically, ICRA reaffirmed “[ICRA] A1+” for the Commercial Paper Programme of Rs 750.00 crore, “[ICRA] AAA (Stable)” for Outstanding Non-Convertible Debentures of Rs 2,025.00 crore, “[ICRA] AAA (Stable)” for Long Term - Fund Based - Term Loan of Rs 2,000.00 crore, “[ICRA] AAA (Stable)” for Outstanding Long Term - Fund Based - Working Capital Demand Loan of Rs 100.00 crore, “[ICRA] AAA (Stable)/ [ICRA] A1+” for Outstanding Long-term / Short Term – Non Fund Based - BG/LC of Rs 75.00 crore, and “[ICRA] A1+” for Outstanding Short Term - Non Fund Based - Others (CEL) of Rs 425.00 crore; ICRA has withdrawn the “[ICRA] AAA (Stable)” rating previously assigned to an unissued Non-Convertible Debentures programme of Rs 475.00 crore at the company’s request, in accordance with ICRA’s policy.
